Privacy policy

Information we collect

We collect team leader contact details, player in-game names and UIDs, registration status, and any optional team logo or required subscription screenshot submitted with a tournament entry.

How information is used

Information is used to manage tournament registration, verify entries through organizer review, communicate status updates, and operate tournament events. Room credentials and subscription screenshots are not public.

Retention and access

Access is limited to authorized organizers and, for a registration, its team leader. Contact the organizer to request correction or deletion of your personal information.
